A medical charity which aims to improve the quality of life for people in Scotland affected by chest, heart or stroke illness, through medical research, advice and information and support in the community.

Helps stroke survivors of working age to optimise their recovery, take control of their own lives and regain as much independence as possible by offering 'rehabilitative services', information and advice.
